I trained for 12 weeks and ran my first 5K on July 4th! I have ALWAYS hated running. When we all had to run the mile in gym class I would be the kid walking. It was a fun morning running with Marci and Dan.
We then made our way to the Hillsboro parade and Luke loved collecting a big bucket full of candy :)
Kelsey is on the high school dance team and we were excited to see them walk by on the parade route. Marci got to be the water girl.
We went to Vancouver for fireworks and Luke was having a blast with Kelsey on the trampoline. He kept asking her to go "high, high".
